Team Stock Ownership Program

We created the Team Stock Ownership Program to help our team members feel invested in our success. Eligible employees can purchase equity in Intrigue, allowing them to share in our growth as their investment in the company also increases.

Events and Activities

At Intrigue, we embrace a work-hard, play-hard philosophy. From team retreats and monthly lunches to dock days and summer baseball, we create fun opportunities to strengthen relationships and enjoy our time together while living our core values.

Each team member develops a road map outlining their personal and professional goals with quarterly, yearly, and multi-year focuses. Every quarter, you’ll review this road map with your Team Lead, as we are dedicated to your success — because your success is our success.

Kaizen

Kaizen, or “continuous improvement,” is a core principle at Intrigue that drives positive change. We encourage you to share fresh ideas, experiment confidently, and view setbacks as learning opportunities, empowering every team member to lead personally and professionally.
