Step 2: Use This Friendly Script
This message works great via email or text. It’s warm, respectful, and effective:
Subject Line: It would mean the world to us…
“Hey [First Name],
Hope you’re doing great! We really enjoyed working with you, and we have a small favour to ask.
We’re working on building our Google reviews, and if you could share a few words about your experience with us, it would help us a ton.

It only takes a minute, but makes a big difference for us. Thanks so much, we truly appreciate it.”
Step 3: Ask at the Right Moment
Timing matters. The best time to ask for a review?
Right after the job is finished, and the client is happy.
That’s when your work is fresh in their mind, and their appreciation is high. Don’t wait until the invoice goes out. Ask when the experience still feels great.
